Refund Policy

We offer refunds for Terrain Tinker purchases for 14 days from the purchase date on a fair-usage basis.

This means that if you tried Terrain Tinker out, exported one or two things and decided it wasn't for you - we'll happily refund your purchase.

If you export a huge number of buildings for printing and then request a refund, we may determine that this is not a fair-usage refund and will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

If you have your account linked to Printable Scenery any refund on Terrain Tinker will also revoke your linked ownership on the Printable Scenery site.
